Mazare cu ciuperci

 

Ingrediente:100_2601

 

1 borcan sau 1 conserva de mazare

4-5 ciuperci

2 ardei iuti

2-3 ardei grasi

1 ceapa rosie

2-3 catei de usturoi

2-3 morcovi

1-2 cartofi100_2602

condimente (sare, piper, oregano, cimbru, marar si tarhon)

 

Mod de preparare:

 

Se pune la fiert intr-un vas mazarea, morcovul taiat rondele, cartofii taiati cuburi, ceapa tocata, usturoiul intreg, aredeii tocati si ciupercile felii.

Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper oregano, marar, tarhon si cimbru.

Peste se pune o cana de apa.

Se lasa la fiert, la foc mic pana cand toate legumele sunt fierte si apa scazuta.

Mod de servire:

 

Se serveste ca garnitura la friptura de porc alaturi de un pahar de vin rosu.
